Description

The primary function of our SCM Expeditor is to locate priority orders and move them to their needed locations. This role is a select position and will require an interview. In this function, you will: Interface and communicate with operations, production planners, buyers, and other departments regarding material flow. Work independently and in group settings to execute on key objectives. Locate, expedite, prep, and move material as needed. Operate various sized forklifts, dock plates, and other equipment in warehouse environment to sustain flow of materials for the department. Follow established working procedures. Meet or exceed quality and quantity standards. Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly. Adheres to all environmental, health, safety rules and regulations, and work instructions. Assist receiving dock and production material handling as needed. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area (50 miles) of the work location will be considered. Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Must be able to walk/stand/sit for an 8 hour shift with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to lift 44lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
