We are seeking a Materials Handler to join our team in a fast paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for movement, storage, and control of raw materials, finished goods, and production supplies. This role is critical to ensuring materials are available for production and inventory is accurately maintained. Key Responsibilities: Load, unload, and move materials on the production floor using forklifts, pallet jacks, and by hand Pull, issue, and move work orders Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain inventory records using MRP system Assist in cycle counts and physical inventories Work closely with planning, production, shipping/receiving, and quality control teams to meet production schedules and deadlines Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or potential issues with material or inventory Assist with washing, painting, and assembling parts Requirements Forklift certification or willing to become certified Prior experience in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team Basic computer skills Ability to work under pressure and manager multiple priorities High school diploma or equivalent Why Join Us: Competitive hourly wage Full benefits package: Medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and more Work for an established company with a strong industry reputation Clean, safe, and well-equipped machining environment Join a company that has been building world class industrial valves for over 50 years!
