Overview Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Materials Handler plays a key role in Goodkind’s warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for the accurate handling, storage, picking, and movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production and shipping activities across warehouse operations. What You’ll Do Pull, pick, stage, and distribute raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production and shipping activities Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and components Prepare and consolidate materials for internal transfers and production use Accurately issue and transact materials in the ERP/WMS system to maintain inventory integrity Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or issues proactively Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas in accordance with FIFO/FEFO and cGMP standards Assist with returns, rejects (MRB), and material reconciliation processes Load and unload trucks, including internal transfers between locations Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Maintain cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards throughout the warehouse Follow all safety procedures, policies, and standard operating procedures Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to meet production and shipping goals Support warehouse operations across multiple locations as needed. Accurately record all inventory movements and ensure documentation is complete and compliant Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned What We Require Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred Forklift certification or ability to become certified Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Batchmaster or similar preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Suite Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English or Spanish Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials (25kg) for extended periods Ability to follow processes and procedures with a high level of accuracy Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed Why You’ll Love Goodkind Competitive wages paid weekly Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance PTO paid holidays 401k with company match
