You’ll interact daily with Oracle EBS to enter and track orders, resolve discrepancies, and keep our operations running smoothly. As a materials handling rep II, you will… Performs daily inventory counts and reconciliations in reserve stock locations. Follows approved guidelines and processes for cycle count completion. Investigates and corrects discrepancies within the Warehouse Management System; track errors, identifies discrepancies, and preforms root cause analysis for continual improvement initiatives. Supports customer satisfaction with orders and in-full order fulfillment by ensuring inventory accuracy. Provides feedback on errors found to fellow partners and escalates issues as appropriate. Primary support of day-to-day shipping and receiving operations. Troubleshoots inbound and outbound discrepancies, performs new item setup and slotting, identifies and corrects lot rotation exceptions, and resolves of wave planning issues. Supports brand quality by maintaining correct inventory availability status on items identified as quality issues or shelf-life issues. Order Picker PIT operation. May enter orders into computer system, review invoices for accuracy and approval, and provide telephone support for customers. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
