Job Description: The Material & Logistic Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of warehouse inventory, as well as managing and monitoring the area’s budget. This role serves as the main point of contact with the Supply Planning team for transportation coordination, requirements analysis, and occupancy reporting, ensuring proper material flow and adherence to financial and operational guidelines. The position requires strong analytical skills, control mindset, and cross-functional collaboration to guarantee efficient and precise warehouse operations. What Are We Looking For? Essential Requirements: Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations Strong knowledge of SAP (Warehouse Management–related modules and transactions) Experience with material consumption control and variance analysis Knowledge of budget control and expense tracking Nice to Have: Experience working with Supply Planning teams Understanding of logistics processes and transportation coordination Familiarity with warehouse KPIs (occupancy, turnover, inventory accuracy) Key Responsibilities: Ensure inventory reliability through controls, analysis, and periodic audits Monitor and control the warehouse budget, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities Act as the liaison with Supply Planning for transportation coordination and occupancy reporting Monitor and analyze material consumption in SAP, ensuring proper reconciliation between system and physical inventory What can you expect from Mars?
