We are seeking a diverse and motivated individual to take on the role of Officer Materials Logistics within the Fixed Plant Maintenance team based at Mining Area C on a FIFO 8/6 roster.
This autonomous role will support the wider fixed plant team, working alongside the Shutdown Execution team planning for major shutdowns and weekly outages, consolidating parts, weekly auditing of inventory and MLO drop points.

Reporting to the Shutdown Lead, your duties will include:

• Ensure planned tasks have the required parts by following, tracking and escalating delays with materials delivery.
• Manage order confirmation and receipt of goods.
• Manage items dispatch and return not used parts for storage or credit.
• Stage parts and equipment for the maintenance execution team.
• Manage consumable parts and PPE inventory.
• Assist in developing, analyzing and reporting forecast demand for parts, components and vendor services.
• Identify deviations of deliveries against orders and create remedial actions and reclamations against suppliers.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized workspace.
• Daily use of SAP, Fiori and Microsoft programs
• Undertake weekly field leadership activities
• Participate in daily pre-start meeting sharing relevant information
• Identify and eliminate hazards in the workplace.
