Description Ortonville Area Health Services seeks a Materials Management Clerk to join our Purchasing team. The Materials Management Clerk plays a key role in keeping OAHS running smoothly by ensuring all supplies, equipment, and materials are accurately received, documented, stored, and delivered to departments across the organization. As part of a highly collaborative, customer service driven department, the clerk helps maintain efficient operations and supports the quality of care delivered throughout OAHS. Responsibilities include: · Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies, and equipment for accuracy and condition. · Store supplies in designated areas following proper handling, rotation, and temperature requirements. · Review, fill, and deliver stock and non-stock requisitions to departments in a timely manner. · Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels, adjusting counts, processing returns, and checking for outdated items. · Participate in periodic physical inventory counts and special projects within the department. · Uphold OAHS standards for professionalism, communication, safety, and compliance while working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Education/Experience: · High school diploma or equivalent · Computer proficiency required; experience with MS Office and willingness to learn new systems · Knowledge of medical supplies, inventory practices, refrigerated storage, and hazardous materials is preferred Hours and Pay: · Full-Time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday · Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA account with employer match · Generous PTO bank · PERA retirement with employer match · Education Assistance and Loan forgiveness program
