We are currently seeking a Materials Warehouse Coordinator to support operations at a heavy industrial site in Kamloops, BC. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, material handling, and inventory control in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies Pick, pack, and issue materials to site operations and maintenance teams Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards Support shipping/receiving functions including documentation and tracking Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and site teams to ensure material availability Follow all site safety procedures and report hazards or incidents promptly Previous warehouse or industrial materials handling experience (mining or heavy industry preferred). Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills for inventory systems and tracking. Journeyperson certification or Parts Technician Red Seal is Mandatory. Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory systems. Health and Dental Benefits. Company Pension Matching.
