Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift ---------------------------------------- What You'll Do * Comply with all safety policies and procedures * Comply with all AIB and BRC Standards and Standard Operation Procedures * Ensure uninterrupted material flow to support 32 production assets without downtime. * Maintain accurate inventory levels aligned with production schedule and demand variability. * Establish min/max levels and safety stock parameters. * Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory. * Lead cycle counts and full physical inventories, including bi-annual inventory audit. * Drive inventory accuracy to 98%+ through system and floor alignment. * Coordinate with Production, Scheduling, and Prepress to prevent material-related changeover delays. * Support live load operations without disrupting plant flow * Manage internal warehousing operations for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. * Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety. * Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance where applicable. * Oversee material handling equipment usage and operator compliance. * Ensure ERP system accuracy for material locations and quantities. * Monitor transaction discipline (receipts, moves, issues, adjustments). * Eliminate “ghost inventory” and location mismatches. * Develop reporting for inventory turns, aging, shortages, and usage trends. * Enforce safety policies and material handling procedures. * Build cross-functional communication between Production, Scheduling, and Purchasing. * Managing short footage roll stock * Work closely with CSR team building loads from warehouse needed for the week. ---------------------------------------- What You’ll Bring Essential Qualifications: * Ability to work flexible hours and lift up to 65 pounds * Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools * Strong communication skills and positive attitude * Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment * Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Preferred Qualifications: * 5–10 years of experience in materials, warehouse, or supply chain leadership within a manufacturing environment. * Experience leading teams of direct reports.  * Deals effectively with company personnel on all levels ranging from production workers to top management. * Strong ERP/MRP system experience (inventory control, transactions, reporting) * OSHA warehouse and forklift safety standards * Basic computer knowledge ---------------------------------------- Compensation & Benefits  Starting Salary:  * Wages ranging from $27.00 - $33.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
