Lead the materials, planning, and warehouse team to deliver safe, reliable material availability and on-time production.

• Own the inventory strategy (MRP parameters, safety stock, ABC/Pareto, phase-in/out) to meet demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
• Manage ERP/WMS performance (Axapta/Dynamics AX or SAP): ensure data integrity, execute cycle counts/audits, and publish clear KPIs and risk reports.

• Develop suppliers and inbound logistics: selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, and carrier choices that improve delivery, cost, and reliability.

• • Drive continuous improvement using Lean methods (Kanban, Pull, kitting) and problem-solving (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys), replacing manual processes with planning automation.
