Under the supervision of the Materials Management Director, the Materials Management Specialist will have multiple responsibilities in warehouse and at the facilities. Some of the many skills performed: · Assist with management of the two bin system. · Fill and replenish supply orders and stations for all facilities. · Load and unload supply trucks. · Assist with setup of new items and par levels in the warehouse. · Process department returns. · Data entry as required. · Organize supply rooms and inventory at the facilities. · Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. · Ability to assume responsibility of special projects as assigned. · Verbal ability to communicate courteously to public in answering telephone, responding appropriately, or directing calls to others as necessary. Qualifications EDUCATION: High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred. . Responsibilities

The Materials Management Specialist will assist with managing the supply orders and inventory at the facilities, including loading and unloading supply trucks and organizing supply rooms. They will also contribute to the development of processes and procedures under the supervision of the Materials Management Director.
