Description
Plan and manage assigned service parts portfolio to meet customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence. Analyze historical usage, forecast demand, and adjust planning parameters accordingly. Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and service operations teams to ensure timely replenishment. Work with supply chain in monitoring supplier performance and lead times to mitigate risks and delays. Maintain planning data accuracy in ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, SPM). Generate and present reports on inventory health, fill rates, and planning KPIs. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy. 4-6 years of experience in service parts planning, preferably in wafer fab equipment manufacturing. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SPM etc). Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and data analysis. Solid understanding of demand forecasting, safety stock calculation, and inventory optimization Proven ability and skill set to analyze, document and improve business processes with sustained results Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally Our commitment We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
