Description
Review customers' requirements to fulfill their purchase orders on time delivery and with quality maintaining the focus on main metrics as DOH and Inventory Value. A. Checks shortage report and assures material availability for the production schedule B. Reviews and determines if is agreeable to take “Add in's” for additional demand C. Controls Inventory Value assigned each month by Division D. Controls items to be with in min-max range E. Control daily critical items report for the production schedule F. Sends a daily report with the trucks needed to be imported with critical material. G. Controls plant disruptions eliminated ( 0 cero down time) H. Review cycle counts with financial department and follow through until the adjustment is done(if necessary) acknowledge if the root cause is correct or not I. Maintains excess/obsolete material controlled. J. Coordinate incoming material reports accurate ( in transit & Supplier) K. Control, review shipments ok and resolve discrepancies, over shipments and negative numbers/cost. L. Review material requirements planning, capacity requirements planning and shop floor control M. Lead All Deviations regarding material availability, (Quality, Logistics, Discrepancies) N. Operate whit urgency when it's needed to determine how the production line will be building in accordance to material availability, with out affecting customers. O. Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area. Q. Motivate employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results. LI-KL1 A. Bachelor's degree in administration or relate fields. B. At least one (1) year of experience in SCM area C. Advanced English proficiency - language capability, speaking, reading & writing required F. Solid understanding of process flows from supplier through internal consumption to delivery to external customers G. Broad knowledge in routings, processes and bills of materials. H. the areas of shipping, receiving, cycle counts. I. PC Programs (Windows, Oracle) A. Inventory Management & Optimization. The ability to ensure product availability through inventory administration activities such as demand planning, stock optimization, and monitoring the age of the product. B. Order Management. The knowledge and skills necessary to manage the receipt and scheduling of customer orders. Processes included in this competency include standard order receipt, exception identification, and exception resolution. C. Materials Replenishment Planning. The knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, scheduling, and inventory management tools and concepts necessary to analyze optimal placement and velocity of materials required in the manufacturing and distribution process.
