Description

HEY! WE’RE HUEL, AND WE’RE PLEASED TO MEET YOU

At Huel, we’re all about pushing boundaries and that includes how we plan and manage our supply chain. Our culture thrives on high performance, and we’re looking for smart, driven individuals who love solving problems with data and want to make a measurable impact.
If you’re someone with a sharp analytical mind and a hunger to apply it in a fast-paced environment, keep reading, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

Our Production Planning Team plays a critical role in making sure our customers always get the Huel they love, on time, every time. In this role, you’ll combine analytical insight with operational know-how to keep our production lines running smoothly by ensuring the right ingredients are available at the right time.
Your mission? Turn data into decisions that power our supply chain.

Here’s what your day-to-day could look like:

  • Work cross-functionally to model and forecast raw material requirements, translating production plans into precise ingredient needs.
  • Use data-driven approaches to manage stock levels, balancing availability, lead times, shelf life, and order economics to hit key inventory targets.
  • Place and manage replenishment orders for everything from core products to new recipe trials, making sure supply always meets demand.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Supply team to translate plans into action, adapting rapidly to changes in demand and supply.
  • Partner with our warehouses and suppliers to track inbound deliveries, resolve bottlenecks, and drive service excellence.
  • Analyse supplier performance and collaborate with Procurement to optimise delivery schedules, mitigate risks, and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory health, shelf life, batch accuracy, and potential losses, to maintain best-in-class product quality and minimal waste.
  • Maintain clean, actionable data in our systems and provide reporting that drives better decision-making across the supply chain.
