Responsibilities

As the Materials Planning and Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, coordinating and expediting the flow of materials (from suppliers and within internal departments) required to execute the business plan.
  • Reviewing of Weekly incoming orders and Schedule the orders as per CRD and align for Shipments.
  • Reviewing MRP exception messages and ensures schedule alignment and date management in SAP.
  • Supporting Warehouse / Shipping for urgent customer shipments.
  • Participating in team meetings to discuss improvements in processes and productivity.
  • Achieving KPIs in the areas of order fulfilment, materials management

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have associates’ Degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent experience
  • Have at least 2 yr experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience or knowledge of SAP and MRP functionality.
  • Have the ability to work with and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate tactical execution with a sense of urgency
