Develop and enhance your technical skills in your new role as a Materials Solutions Specialist in Concrete. The position is based either in the Sydney or Blue Mountains region of New South Wales. You will become part of a strong team culture characterized by support and collaboration. Reporting to the Materials Solutions & Innovations Manager for New South Wales, this role will offer technical support and guidance to both internal and external customers through your extensive knowledge of concrete mixes, raw material performance, product portfolio, supply chain and site processes. In your new role, you will: Provide a high level of competent technical services to support internal and external customers by assessing customer requirements and developing practical solutions. Assist other technical, sales, and production staff with all concrete technical and quality issues within your area of responsibility. Solve complex problems, develop practical solutions, and address product performance concerns within agreed timeframes. Drive technical improvements to business products and processes as well as customer outcomes Monitor raw material and concrete mix performance Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure production controls and standards are implemented consistently and identify areas for improvement. About you: A university degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science or similar, with 1 to 5 years of experience. You have a proven track record in a technical field, demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent communication and engagement skills. You have a positive and influential presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders You have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and achieving great results.
