The Materials & Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of raw materials, components, and packaging to support Briotech’s blending, filling, and packaging operations. This role converts the demand and production plan into a clear materials plan, places and manages purchase orders, maintains optimal inventory health, and works closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. The position requires a proactive approach to shortage prevention, strong vendor management skills, and a deep understanding of regulated manufacturing environments.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-4+ years in materials planning, supply planning, or procurement within a CPG or process manufacturing environment (liquids preferred).
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience; NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Proven record of shortage prevention and supplier performance management.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Strong MRP and inventory optimization skills.
• Advanced Excel; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
• Skilled in vendor negotiation and expediting.
• Knowledge of cGMP/ISO 22716, lot traceability, and regulatory compliance for materials.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under changing priorities
