THE ROLE: We are looking for a Material Technician who will play a critical role in ensuring seamless material flow across the organization by optimizing NPI material management and maintaining accurate records to support build phases and enhance operational efficiency. THE PERSON: This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should be a collaborative team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and focused on delivering process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work in close coordination with Program Manager, Procurement, Engineer, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory flow across projects. Manage end-to-end material flow, including unloading, labeling, system receiving, warehouse inbound, and coordinating shipping arrangements for both domestic and international shipments. Responsible for managing NPI material warehouses, optimizing material storage, ensuring inventory accuracy through quarterly cycle counts and reconciliation, and overseeing disposal activities in compliance with company policy. Provide support for ad-hoc projects and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Proficiency with Microsoft applications and ERP system Able to communicate clearly in English and Chinese both verbally and in writing Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business field LOCATION: Taipei, Taiwan #LI-VJ1 Benefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.
