QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics (at least)
  • Professional experience in controlling (at least 3 years), in finance (at least 3 years)
  • Knowledge of financial planning processes is required
  • Operational experience in customer support is required
  • IT: MS Office (at least detailed specialized knowledge), SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Language skills: English (at least fluent), German knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities

The position holder will work as a Material Services Task Planner.
The scope of duties extends along the entire supply chain, from tender preparation and tender tracking to contract review, project planning and management, and project completion.

The main tasks are:

  • Clarifying all risks and opportunities during the tender preparation process and ensuring the estimation, as well as determining the calculation data and ensuring the tender calculation.
  • Comparing the order with the tender, identifying deviations, and making the necessary clarifications or adjusting the calculation and planning.
  • Creating and coordinating project structure, schedule, and milestone plans.
  • Reviewing project progress against the schedule, milestone, and cost plans, as well as against the contractual agreements. If necessary, coordinating corrective measures with internal and external project partners and adjusting the project planning.
  • Leading role in EAC & OP for the department and V-Org.
  • Ensuring the required services during the warranty phase.
  • Planning and executing project closure, including formal contract fulfillment
  • Representing EF Material Services independently before the PMO and Finance departments
  • Providing ad-hoc support to TASM team assistants
