As Materiovigilance Assistant To cover a maternity leave from 01.02 to 31.07.26 Your main responsibilities will be: Recording and investigating the Customer complaints Preparing the reportability assessment Analyzing the technical data and review of the documentation Organizing and participating to the investigation meetings Preparing the Customer complaint reports Preparing the Vigilance reports Interacting with the Sales, Competent Authorities and Notified Bodies Organizing the devices received from the field Planning and organizing the Complaint training Profile: Proven experience in a quality Department or in medical Device company Medical devices knowledge would be a strong asset At ease with investigation and comparison tasks Ability to process large volumes of data and to work with pivot tables French Native speaker, fluent in English Highly organised, detail orientated Driving licence: occasional trips to French manufacturing sites, at the border.
