In this role, you will deliver a comprehensive, evidence‑based MCH service across a variety of settings, including home visits, centre‑based consultations, outreach, and group programs. You will play a vital role in supporting children’s health and development, including early identification, and referral to support services when required, ensuring children and families have the chance to thrive. Work with families from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds  Skills & Experience * Current registration as a Registered Nurse and Midwife (AHPRA)  * Postgraduate qualification in Child, Family & Community Health (or equivalent)  * Demonstrated experience in child health assessment (0–6 years) and family-centred practice  * Strong understanding of Victorian MCH frameworks.  * Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills  * Experience working with vulnerable families and making appropriate referrals  * Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, mandatory reporting, and family violence frameworks  * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams  * Competency with clinical documentation systems  Ready to Apply?
