The Opportunity: * Establish and/or implement systems to monitor, review and evaluate standards of practice and effectiveness of services within the context of the service delivery team. * Identify trends, needs and issues, and puts forward recommendations for initiatives to address them, monitors and evaluates the effectiveness, appropriateness and adequacy of programs and policies at the local level. * Perform a full range of supervisory duties including recruiting and training new MCH workers, providing consultation to staff, monitoring performance, and developing staff learning objectives. * Prepare and present budgetary needs and make recommendations on projected needs and adequacy of budgets. Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $43.72 to $56.61 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
