DYNAMIC MATERNITY COVER VAPE ADVISER NEEDED FOR PIONEERING RETAIL POWERHOUSE!

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract, estimated start on 15th of July 2025 and expected to end on 30th June 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team in a key role, with the possibility of continuing as a permanent member of staff following the end of the maternity cover, subject to business needs and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offer product advice and help customers choose the right vaping products
• Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
• Support with restocking
• Cover VapeHQ Bramley, Inkersall, and Mansfield

YOUR ROLE AT VAPE HQ:

• Full-Time Flexibility: Our stores operate Mon-Sat 9am-6pm and Sun 10am-4pm, and your adaptable schedule will include covering shifts across our Bramley, Inkersall, and Mansfield sites.
• Team Player and Lone Worker: You will primarily be working independently in our stores. However, full training will be provided alongside an experienced team members, and you may be scheduled with another colleague for certain shifts where needed.
