Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Retail Operation Team at the Nest. You will be an experienced retailer who is ready to develop themselves into a head office role.
You will be providing operational excellence to the Retail and HR operations teams by ensuring all processes that relate to time and attendance are adhered to across both retail and head office functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support with time and attendance across all head office functions to ensure adherence to all expectations and procedures
  • Analyse the clocking report and feedback to the management teams any anomalies
  • Engage with showroom management around the time and attendance system to maximise usage across all showrooms.
  • Ensure rostering on the time and attendance system is published to all team members to give clear visibility to all
  • Build lasting relationships with retail management
  • To become an operational expert across both retail and head office
  • Supporting the resolution of HR System queries, including working cross-functionally with the wider People Team
  • Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders on future HR System developments
  • Identification of process automation and improvements to current processes to increase efficiency
  • Produce detailed Management Information reports which meets our stakeholder needs
