Description

At Munchkins, we believe that every child deserves a fun and inspiring place to learn—and so does every team member! We’re a family-run nursery where we support both children and staff to thrive. Our mission is simple: to inspire young minds through play and exploration, all while creating a warm, supportive environment for our team to grow.
Forget stiff, formal interviews—we’d much rather get to know the real you over a cuppa and a chat!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and creative individual to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about early years education and thrive in a fun, ever-changing environment, we think you’ll love it here.

BENEFITS OF BEING A QUALIFIED PRACTITIONER WITH US

  • Family-Focused: You’re not just an employee; you’re part of our Munchkins family!
  • Generous Holidays: Up to 37 days paid holiday, plus your birthday off every year to celebrate YOU!
  • Rewarding Work: Earn bonuses through our scorecard scheme and receive a £500 holiday voucher after 5 years!
  • Childcare Discount: 50% off childcare fees for your little ones.
  • Paid Training: We’ll cover your training costs for First Aid, Makaton, and more!
  • Career Growth: We have 6 nurseries, so there are plenty of opportunities for you to grow and move up.
  • Free Uniform: Look the part in our comfy Munchkins polos, fleeces, and waterproofs.
  • Team Fun: Breakfast stations, team socials, and lots of treats!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A QUALIFIED PRACTITIONER

  • Qualifications: You’ll need a recognized Early Years qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Passion for Kids: You love working with children and are excited to help them learn and grow!
  • Team Player: You’re a great communicator who thrives when working with others.
  • Flexible & Positive: You can handle whatever the day brings and keep a smile on your face.
  • Caring Nature: You’re a kind, patient role model who encourages and supports the children every step of the way.
