Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide clerical support to the office staff
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Organise and maintain office files and documents
- Utilize Google Suite applications for various office tasks
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
