REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Connecticut Occupational Therapy (OT) License

• Collaborate with district teams to support student success and participate in multidisciplinary planning
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students IEP goals
• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and communication with staff and families
• Train and support teachers and staff with strategies to improve student participation and educational outcomes
• Provide direct therapy services (individual or group) and consultative support based on student needs
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and state licensing requirements
