Are you an inspiring early years leader with a passion for helping little minds grow big ideas?
We’re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Room Manager to lead our rooms – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purposeful environment and wants to be part of something genuinely special.
At Little Adventures Nurseries, we don’t settle for “good enough” – we aim high for our children, our families, and our team. If you’re ready to step into a leadership role where your voice matters and your professional growth is genuinely supported, read on…

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is more than just experienced – we want a role model, a motivator, and a lifelong learner.

You’ll need to have:

  • A Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Proven leadership experience in a room or unit within a nursery setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and a child-centred, inclusive approach
  • Experience in a preschool or baby room (ideally both!)
  • Up-to-date Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene certificates
  • Excellent communication and people skills – someone who builds strong, positive relationships with children, families and teams
  • A valid enhanced DBS check (or be willing to undertake one)
  • Flexibility and a proactive, can-do attitude
