Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced tutor to join a growing tutoring service supporting students in Toronto.

Subjects and Students

• Math and/or Sciences
• Students aged 5 to high school (Grade 12)
• Support for elementary, middle school, and high school.
• Support students with homework, test preparation, and skill-building exercises

Format

• In-person tutoring (Midtown Toronto)
• Online Tutoring available

What we are looking for

• Strong academic background (postgraduate experience in Math or Sciences preferred)
• Experience working with children and/or teens
• Excellent in communication skills
• Highly organized and reliable
• Patient, supportive, and confident working with students of different learning levels.
• Comfortable teaching both foundational skills and advanced topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, individualized tutoring sessions
• Support students with homework, test prep, and concept understanding
• Adapt teaching style based on student needs
• Help build student confidence and academic progress

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
