We are seeking a dedicated Math High School Tutor to join our team and inspire students to achieve academic success. As a High School Tutor, you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and preparing them for their future endeavors.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience working with high school students is an asset
• Excellent English oral and written skills
• Ability to teach groups of 2 students
• Experience in tutoring or mentoring is a plus

• Must be able to teach math up to grade 12, including the following subjects: Advanced Functions, Calculus and Vectors, Data Management, Physics (an asset), Biology, and Chemistry (an asset).
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Provide individualized support to students through tutoring and mentoring
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Support with study skills and time management
• Utilize effective communication skills to engage students in the learning process
