All instruction takes place at our Learning Centres in Oakville.

Flexible Scheduling Options:

  • Option 1: Full hours, all days and hours during the week (preferred).
  • Option 2: At least 3-4 full days of availability, including a combination of days between Monday to Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK:

  • Exceptional math skills (in-house assessment will be conducted).
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Reliable and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to interact professionally with both students and parents.
  • Energetic, caring, and confident personality.
  • Strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
  • Ability to understand and follow provided guidelines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Creative, fun, and confident personality.
  • Proficiency in teaching upper-level high-school Canadian math courses (Grades 9-12).
  • Motivational skills to inspire students to embrace new concepts in a positive environment.
  • Previous experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, coaching, etc.) is a plus.
  • University graduate or student with a strong emphasis on math.
  • Educators, pre and post OCT, are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Teach math to students from Grade 1 to 12 using the proven Mathnasium Method®.
  • Bring energy and creativity to effectively communicate new concepts to students.
  • Interact with parents on an occasional basis, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Support teaching efforts with administrative assistance and other assigned tasks.
