REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum: Completed Bachelor’s Degree
· Pass our Teacher Qualifying Exam
· Tutoring/teaching experience is required
· Pass our audition/training
* Must be available to tutor after school hours/evenings and weekends. *

· Provide individualized instruction to students in tutoring sessions up to a 3:1 ratio
· Keep detailed daily records of each student’s session
· Prepare individualized lessons
· Grade students’ class work and homework
· Build meaningful relationship and academic rapport with students
· Shows positive attitude and professional demeanor
· Must be able to multi-task and take directions
· Professional and timely communication, work within a team setting at center
· Ability to tutor math and/or science subjects through AP Level
