We are looking for a dedicated Math Teacher who believes in the power of mathematics to shape analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in students. The ideal candidate will inspire a love for math and create a dynamic learning environment that promotes student engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and accommodate different learning styles. Assess student performance and progress, tailoring instruction to meet individual needs. Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and respect for diverse perspectives. Offer additional support and resources to students facing challenges in math concepts. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to support students' educational journeys. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. Relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE/QTS or equivalent). A minimum of 3 years teaching experience in mathematics at the secondary level. Strong understanding of contemporary math curricula and methodologies. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Commitment to nurturing a safe and inclusive classroom environment. Advanced qualifications or experience in mathematics education are considered a plus.
