Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons tailored to the needs of the students, whether in primary or secondary education. Implement a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Assess and monitor student progress, providing clear feedback and support to enhance their learning experiences. Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for mathematics. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and address any concerns. Promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills through interactive and applicable mathematical challenges. Engage in professional development and collaborate with other educators to refine teaching practices and enhance curriculum delivery. Contribute to school initiatives and activities that strengthen the school community. Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field. Teaching qualification is preferred. Experience teaching mathematics at primary or secondary level is highly desirable. Strong understanding of effective pedagogical practices in math education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a supportive approach towards students. Dedication to inspiring students and fostering a positive learning environment.
