JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tutoring various subjects, including High School and above level Math, and experience working with children, including those with special educational needs. This role is essential in helping students achieve their academic goals and fostering a love for learning in a supportive environment.

SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of Math and Ontario curriculum concepts.
• Experience working with children, including those with special education needs.
• Ability to educate effectively using various teaching methods tailored to different learning styles.
• Proficient in utilizing technology for educational purposes, including computer-based learning tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans, student progress tracking, and scheduling.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed academically.
