As a Y1–Y6 English & Maths Tutor/Lecturer at Realus, you will:
· Deliver engaging lessons that spark curiosity and build strong foundations in English and Maths.
· Teach not only enrichment classes, but also exam-focused programs (e.g. Scholarship, Selective School, OC, AMC competition prep) where required.
· Use MarsLadder AI to create a seamless after-class learning loop – guiding students from explanation to practice, feedback, and mastery.
· Provide constructive feedback to parents and collaborate with the teaching team to improve lesson materials.
· Actively contribute to our mentor-led training system, sharing insights and improving our hybrid teaching model.
· Inspire students with positivity, patience, and energy.
