Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking applications from qualified Mathematics and Science teachers who are enthusiastic, have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to Christian schooling. Successful candidates will join a highly competent and supportive secondary teaching team. Over the next five years our student enrolment will grow from 400 to 650 students, so there are considerable opportunities for teachers to contribute to growth, improvement and leadership.
This full-time position will commence in January 2026.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of curriculum and assessment practices within the faculty.
  • Support staff in their daily practice, building a Christ-centred culture within the team.
  • Lead professional development within the faculty to implement effective instructional practices.
  • Ensure faculty compliance with NESA and school-based curriculum, assessment and reporting requirements.
  • Promote a culture of data informed practice within the faculty.
  • Manage faculty resources.
  • Model a high standard of personal instructional practice and curriculum compliance.
  • As a member of the College Leadership Team, support the Executive Leadership Team in the strategic growth priorities of the school.
