TEACHER OF MATHS ➕ ➖

We are looking for a passionate and committed teacher to join our team, delivering Maths to our KS4 students at both GCSE and functional skill level. As a Teacher of Maths, you will deliver engaging and purposeful lessons to groups of typically 6-8 students, supporting students to re-engage with education, rediscover their confidence and love of learning. This is more than a teaching role – it is a chance to be part of a team that changes futures, builds positive relationships and provides students with every possible opportunity to succeed.
Experience of working in AP, PRU or Special is desirable but not essential. We are looking for individuals who can work full time (0.8 considered for exceptional circumstances) and want to make a difference. Job Title: Teacher
Location: Esteem Valley Academy, Mikado Road, Sawley, Long Eaton, NG10 3GN (travel between Esteem MAT sites may be required as part of the role)
Grade/Scale: Unqualified Teaching Scale £21,731 - £33,902 / MPS/UPS +SEN1 £31,650 - £49,084 +£2,679
Contract: 32.5 hours per week (1FTE). 0.8FTE considered for exceptional circumstances
