ABOUT THE ROLE:

Justteachers Supply Agency are looking for an experienced Maths Teacher to join one of our dynamic and supportive secondary schools in the Coventry area to cover on a long-term basis. The full-time role is due to start in September 2025 and expected to last for the full academic year.
The setting provides key support to all students, especially students with behavioural needs, with a focus key 1:1 support for students who require this. They focus on building confidence, resilience, and academic skills, ensuring that every child reaches their full potential. The school gave also achieved a ‘Good’ Ofsted report across all areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of pupils
• To teach Maths to KS4 including full classroom responsibilities
• Foster positive relationships and manage challenging behaviour effectively
• Work closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies to create a holistic support network
• Implement strategies to support students needs and encourage personal growth
• Maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour, creating a safe and inspiring classroom environment
