JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Bingley BD16 Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-time until October half term 2025 (with potential to extend)Pay: £150 – £200 per day (depending on experience)
We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Meaths Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Bingley Bradford (BD16). This is a full-time position starting immediately and running until October half term 2025, with the possibility of extension into the new year.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive school with a strong focus on the arts.

About the Role

  • Teach engaging and high-quality music lessons to secondary students
  • Support extracurricular music activities including ensembles and performances
  • Work collaboratively with the performing arts department
  • Contribute to planning, assessment, and student progress reporting

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applicants without QTS will not be considered
  • A DBS registered on the Update Service
  • Experience in teaching secondary maths (preferred)
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A genuine passion for music education
