REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in teaching mathematics at the secondary level or equivalent experience in tutoring or mentoring.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in behaviour management techniques to effectively handle classroom dynamics.
• Experience in scientific research or biochemistry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for education are essential traits for success in this role.
• Familiarity with laboratory settings may be beneficial for integrating practical applications of mathematics into lessons.
