Duty Manager – Iconic Venue in South Perth
We’re on the hunt for an experienced mature, passionate Duty Manager to join our talented team at The Windsor Hotel. This is a full-time management role, perfect for someone who is ready to make their mark on a fast-paced venue! Sponsorship available for the correct candidate!

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing bar staff, including rostering, training, and performance management
• Crafting and executing dynamic cocktail menus and seasonal drinks lists
• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels, including ordering and managing budgets
• Analysing sales and performance data to optimise performance and drive results
• Ensuring all health, safety, and licensing requirements and regulations are met
• Creating a fun, professional, and guest-focused culture
• Resolving customer concerns quickly and effectively

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years in a Duty Manager or similar role within a busy hospitality venue
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop strong teams
• A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences
• Ability to think on your feet and problem solve issues quickly
• Deep knowledge of bar operations management and liquor licensing laws
• A creative flair for cocktail menu development and innovative bar concepts
• Proficiency in inventory management, financial reporting, and performance metrics
• Approved Managers card required
