Maximo Developer (Remote)
We’re looking for an experienced Maximo Developer to join our international remote team. If you’re skilled in optimizing enterprise asset management solutions, we want to hear from you! You’ll design, develop, and maintain IBM Maximo applications for our global clients in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Customize Maximo: Design workflows, automation scripts, and user interfaces to meet client needs.
• Integrate Systems: Build and maintain Maximo integrations using REST APIs, MIF, and MBOs.
• Maintain & Support: Perform upgrades, apply patches, improve performance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure Quality: Participate in testing and deployment.
• Document: Create technical documentation.

What You’ll Need:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years as a Maximo Developer with successful implementations.
• Maximo Expertise: Strong skills in Maximo customization (Automation Scripts, Application Designer, Workflow Designer, Reporting) and integration (REST APIs, MIF, MBOs, Web Services).
• Technical Skills: Advanced SQL, Java (J2EE, JSP, Servlets), JavaScript, XML/JSON.
• Maximo Configuration: Experience with application setup, security, data structures, and system administration.
• Certifications: IBM Maximo certifications (Asset Management, Application Development, or System Administration).
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Maximo 7.6+ (Maximo Application Suite preferred) and ITIL processes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent English communication, strong problem-solving, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with international teams across time zones.
