Seeking a highly technical Senior Maximo Integration Consultant with deep expertise in IBM Maximo and the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF). This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting integrations with enterprise systems and customizing Maximo applications for complex business needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of IBM Maximo EAM development/integration experience.
• Expert in MIF (object structures, channels, endpoints).
• Skilled in Java/J2EE, SQL, XML/XSLT, JSON, scripting (Jython/Python/JavaScript).
• Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, WebSphere, MQ, ESB.
• Experience with Maximo customization (UI, business logic, reporting).
• Strong knowledge of Maximo DB schema and performance optimization.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD (Git, Jenkins).

• Design and maintain integrations between Maximo and external systems (ERP, GIS, Finance, HR, etc.) using MIF, REST/SOAP APIs, JMS, MQ.
• Customize Maximo apps with Java, Automation Scripts, BIRT, and Maximo Application Designer.
• Configure workflows, escalations, and business objects to support processes.
• Troubleshoot integration and performance issues.
• Support upgrades, migrations, and patching.
• Build reusable integration components and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
