Lewis Motor Co. is looking for a dedicated Lube Technician to join our service team! ---------------------------------------- POSITION OVERVIEW As a Lube Technician, you’ll be a vital part of our service department, responsible for performing essential maintenance tasks that keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to provide excellent service. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid level checks * Inspect vehicles for potential service needs and communicate findings to service advisors * Complete all work accurately, efficiently, and in line with dealership standards * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Follow all safety procedures and dealership protocols * Support fellow technicians and staff as needed * Stay updated on manufacturer guidelines and service trends ---------------------------------------- QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in basic automotive service is preferred * Working knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures * Ability to operate standard service equipment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work * Effective time management and communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment * Must be 19 years or older * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (last 5 years) * Ability to pass a background check ---------------------------------------- EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent required * Technical or vocational training is a plus * ASE or related certifications are a bonus but not required ---------------------------------------- APPLICATION & COMMUNICATION POLICY * Due to the high volume of applications, we do not accept phone calls asking for status updates. * All communications regarding your application, interview, and employment will be conducted via email.
