POSITION SUMMARY:

This course is an introduction to current perspectives in organizational theory and design. It explores how organizations are affected by their environments, how they are structured and designed, their processes and cultures, and the implications for organizational effectiveness. Focus is placed on organizational change.
Qualifications – Required: Master’s degree in Business
Qualifications – Discipline: Master’s degree in Organizational Theory or Organizational Behaviour or related field required. PhD preferred.
Qualifications – Areas of Specialization: Organizational Behaviour or similar area. Experience developing and delivering organizational strategy and consulting/professional experience in the tech sector are an asset. Teaching experience at the university level is preferred.
