The DeGroote School of Business, Student Services team supports all students in the faculty – BCom, MBA, specialized graduate, and PhD programs. The Program Officer plays a pivotal role within the MBA Student Experience team by supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of academic programming, student services, and events that enhance the overall student journey. This role contributes to the operational success of the MBA programs by leading scheduling activities, coordinating experiential learning logistics, managing systems and data tracking, and serving as a key liaison between students, faculty, and staff.
The Program Officer also contributes to broader school-wide initiatives and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality and consistency of student support services. The MBA Student Services team is based at the Ron Joyce Centre in Burlington, ON.
JOB SUMMARY:
The MBA Program Officer ensures the successful development and implementation of activities that support the unique academic program design of the MBA program. Plans and coordinates all Orientation and Foundations activities, as well as experiential learning opportunities. Responsible for supporting faculty, staff and students by coordinating all aspects of the MBA program from curriculum development through to program implementation and evaluation. Designs, implements and analyses data required for the Faculty’s accreditation process. Advises in-course students on program options and policies, ensuring a positive student experience enhanced brand reputation of the program.
