The Services Operations team manages the flow of content from partner to customer, ensuring the delivery, quality, and presentation of the millions of songs, videos, books, podcasts, and workouts available on Apple Media Products (AMP). We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to help lead our group into the future and support our growing scale. This role will help by deep-diving into our business operations, partnering with leaders within our group, developing frameworks to prioritize and track projects, crafting financial analyses, and shaping our AI/ML strategy to drive operational growth. This is a highly visible role with opportunities to present to work to senior leadership and influence the product experience. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Product Management, or Program Management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business / Economics, or equivalent experience preferred.
