The Services Operations team manages the flow of content from partner to customer, ensuring the delivery, quality, and presentation of the millions of songs, videos, books, podcasts, and workouts available on Apple Media Products (AMP). We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to help lead our group into the future and support our growing scale. This role will help by deep-diving into our business operations, partnering with leaders within our group, developing frameworks to prioritize and track projects, crafting financial analyses, and shaping our AI/ML strategy to drive operational growth. This is a highly visible role with opportunities to present to work to senior leadership and influence the product experience. The ideal candidate will apply their interpersonal skills and critical thinking to help tackle complex business problems, design and monitor programs, and develop strong relationships with the worlds best engineers to find solutions for our group. DESCRIPTION

This exciting role has a mix of driving operational excellence, laying out future strategic roadmaps, and managing the group into the constantly evolving future of AI/ML. You will be seen as a leader to simplify complex problems and ensure that the correct message is delivered to senior leadership. EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT - PROJECTS CAN INCLUDE: - Creating and aligning a large team to one AI/ML vision - Developing project management and tracking frameworks - Performing ROI and impact analyses on strategic initiatives. - Collaborating with other operations groups to find synergies between teams. - Presenting to senior leadership to inform product decisions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Product Management, or Program Management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business / Economics, or equivalent experience preferred.
