Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and facilitate engaging activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities - Assist residents with participation in daily activities, ensuring safety and enjoyment - Support the development of individualized activity plans in collaboration with the care team - Foster a warm, welcoming environment that promotes social interaction and mental stimulation - Maintain activity supplies and ensure the activity area is clean and organized - Document resident participation and provide feedback to the care team Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in activity planning, senior care, or related field preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and enthusiasm for engaging seniors in meaningful activities - Flexibility to work the specified hours: Sunday 9 am - 5 pm, Thursday and Friday 4 pm - 8 pm We value a positive, inclusive culture that encourages growth and development.
